Logistics in Spain
Spain is a big country, measuring over 500.000 square kilometers. If you have a warehouse in Spain, you can offer an extra service to your customers, by delivering goods to them. We recommend you keep logistics in control, by cooperating with good transport companies. Doing this can get you three advantages:
- Gaining time. By cooperating with transporters, you can deliver in the whole of Spain within two or three days. This can give you a good position in comparison to your competitors.
- Independence. Having control over the logistics of your deliveries, avoids you to have doubts when your customer says the goods have not been delivered. You keep control.
- Profit. If you transport more then your customers do, you are able to negotiate better prices. That way, you can add a margin of profit to the transport price.

After finishing the project, we had established a network of transport companies that enabled Sitecom to deliver to all of their customers in Spain and Portugal.
